In our IT subject, we are using an open-source program, known as LMMS (Linux Multi Media Studio), to create a royalty free drumbeat to add to our short videos. It is Reasonably Easy to use for creation of simple beats, although it has the potential to create long and complex rhythms. It is for PC and Linux and can be downloaded HERE. By Alex Fraser .
