October 7, 2015. The Ache of Missing You. One last tip I have would be to write. Always write down your feelings. Whether it be in a journal, blog post, a message to your friend, or even a letter to your SO. It’s always good to let out your feelings, and writing is a very calming way to do so, just like colouring, as it forces your brain to only focus on the task at hand.
