December 4, 2013. I have finished the bike now and I must say I am very happy with how it turned out. The rash vest covering turned out brilliantly but I am most happy with the tank. If I was to change some things I would remake the handle bars so that the bar wouldn’t kink to do this I would use the hydraulic pipe benders as it would get a smoother bend. I would also choose a different colour paint for the handlebars as I feel the grey doesn’t really suit the black rash vest. December 4, 2013 at 10:11 pm.

December 4, 2013. In about week 9 I got the frame fully finished and I was very happy with it. It was symmetrical and the welds were improving as I went along. 2 thoughts on “ Finished frame. Monthly Archives: October 2013. October 23, 2013. For the final frame design I firstly sketched it up on a sheet of paper. Next what did was draft that sketch as a drawing using dimensions that looked the best. Finally I made up a model of the frame on solidworks so that I could get dimensions for my teardrop shape that i could write onto the sheet and bring into the lab with me. October 23, 2013. Starting with that frame, after all the P38 was grinded off the entire thing was re-primed with household white primer of all the things in the world, she stuck on very well: this was an endeavour of sunday morning. The Development of my PN4105 Model Motorbike. The blades have made some progress in the last week alone, I have them nearly complete. Last Saturday a very nice little tool came into my possession: a little Multi-tool. This little Multi-tool has a large quantity of sand paper heads with it, these little sandpaper heads enabled me to clean the swords to near perfection:. One minor issue occurred where the tool actually ripped a small portion of wood off the sword, hopefully this gluing job rectifies this:.

On December 6, 2013. Once all parts were painted it was time for assembly. Il let the pictures to the talking. Overall very happy with the finished bike. Added a few additional extras once the bike was finished to aid my theme. Dennis the Menace Sticker On engine cover. Dennis the Menace Face made from peuter. On December 5, 2013.
