Tuesday, November 4, 2014. My friend Monica told me about these awesome lagoons in Kapolei. There are four of them all right next to each other and they're totally free, no parking fees or anything. They are perfect for little kids or if you just want some mellow ocean water to swim in. Paige and Wyatt had such a good time. As Wyatt is getting older he's becoming more and more social, he's not really afraid of anybody and he loves saying "hi" and waving to random people all the time. .

Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Martha Stewart pumpkin tart - de-glutened. Recently, I made the pumpkin tart on a chocolate crust from Martha Stewart's Oct. 2009 magazine. I simply subbed the cup of all purpose flour for a cup of Bob's Red Mill gluten-free all-purpose flour and everything else stayed the same. It came out beautifully! I didn't take my own pics, but this blog entry. Has the recipe and pics that look very similar to what I made. Friday, October 9, 2009. Genral Mills Fruit Snacks are gluten-free.
