The courage to start. It began with 12wbt.com . and now the journey continues my way. Tuesday, August 12, 2014. FIST PUMP x 3! I ran 4 k! And I smashed my average time! I've tried many programs to lose weight. Along the way I have had a lot of fun. Each program teaches me something new and exciting. Join me on my adventures through life and weight loss. Sunday, January 30, 2011. I have managed to stay off the scale. :) But now I am afraid to get on the scale on February 1st. I am doing great sticking with my program. Well, I fell off the wagon on Friday. I went over my calorie allowance by almost 500! Can I really be turning into a runner? I can't wait to find out!

So funny looking in my MB receipt file I have signed up 4 times - and never stuck to it past 2 weeks. Bloody hopeless. Below are the recent scan results. Sunday, January 5, 2014. Time To Be Ac"count"able. So I am the Shrinking Photographer that has never been able to shrink. However this morning I think a lightbulb went off in the head! Basically it is all about Maths - to have a loss you need to have a calorie deficit - calories in, calories out!
