We have fitness instructors, hairstylists, and sports coaches but who do we have that helps the whole family with issues we face on a daily basis? Friends are helpful but you don’t want to share everything with friends. Family is great but you want help without judgement. Therapists are super when you need some more intensive care but a coach helps you be the best you in this fast paced enviornment we are raising our families in today.
