Thursday, March 10, 2011. Pigs in a Blanket. I know this is not a new recipe to anyone, but it's become my favorite lately. It's easy, yummy and my kids ACTUALLY like it. Well, two of the 3 at least :). These are all the ingredients you need to make this meal! Crescent rolls and hot dogs. I did buy 2 different types of hot dogs. Because my hubby gets tired of the Hebrew Nationals. Simply take the crescent rolls, unroll them and cut them into 8 small rectangles. I can get 16 from one tube of crescent rolls.

Monday, May 10, 2010. My husband asked what I wanted for Mother's Day dinner and this is what I came up with. Start with some yummy bread. This is asiago bread from Albertson's. Grill the bread with butter in a skillet. Make some delicious chicken cutlets. Recipe found here. We also melted provolone cheese on our sandwiches. Cook up some bacon for more yummy flavor. Add these scrumptious peppers. And whatever toppings you like. I already can't wait! Thanks hubby for the yummy dinner! Sunday, May 9, 2010.

Tuesday, November 23, 2010. I was in charge of making the cookies for our annual Girls Night Cocoa Party last year and the theme was snow, so I made snowflakes. I decided to make the whole batch of my sugar cookie recipe that I always half. Now I know that the recipe makes around SEVEN DOZEN big cookies! That's a lot of cookies! I'm just glad that I didn't have to decorate them myself! Tiffany, Lynne and I spent quite a long time decorating these- in between refereeing, feeding and consoling kids :).

Για τη Βάση της Τάρτας. 1 φλιτζάνι αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις. 1/2 φλιτζάνι βούτυρο(πολύ κρύο, κομμένο σε μικρά κομματάκια). 1 κουταλιά του γλυκού σόδα (σε σκόνη, ε). 1 σκονάκι ζάχαρη αρωματισμένη με βανίλια. 2-3 κουταλιές της σούπας ζάχαρη (προαιρετικά). 3-4 κουταλίες της σούπας πολύ κρύο νερό. 3 κουταλιές της σούπας κορν φλάουρ. 3 κουταλιές της σούπας αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις. 1/4 της κούπας ζάχαρη.
