Active Lives Active Minds. One to one support sessions for personal development. Is our personal service to help people cope with the challenges of. Life Our programme helps individuals develop a 'Coping Toolkit' to help become more resilient and flexible to change. Through a series of support sessions you will learn a range of techniques and some new ways to look at challenges that help you to negotiate life's experiences with a positive frame of mind. All sessions last an hour and are in Ramsgate.

Active Lives Active Minds. Occasionally - if funding allows - we can run events and activities that are free. However this is not always the case and so we do have to charge a nominal fee for our services, which covers staffing, transport, expenses and general organisational costs. However because we are a non-profit and community minded project we keep our fees as low as possible:. The cost of these is just 30 per session for a small group and this price includes ALL materials and resources used.
