Monday, February 28, 2011. We have been so busy. Tucker received his Arrow of Light Award from cub scouts. Basically he has graduated from cub scouts to boy scouts. He also received the Super Achiever Award. This means he earned all of the pins that you could possible earn. Mitch and I were at the crossing over ceremony, it was really great! Sunday, January 27, 2013. Old Faithful in the winter. This week I took a short trip for work at Old Faithful. It is very interesting getting into the interior of the park in the winter. The roads are closed to cars. In fact, they have about four feet of snow packed on them. You have to go by snow coach or snowmobile. I happened to take the "business shuttle" and it looked like this;. This is the "road" headed to Old Faithful;. I love the view out the window of the snow coach;. Old Faithful erupting;.

Sunday, January 27, 2013. Tuck is playing basketball for the first time. He was really bummed when he didn't make his free throws at his game. I keep telling him to keep practicing and he will get better. Tuck is having a blast playing with all of his friends from school. Saturday, March 19, 2011. It is now warm, in the 70s here. We are wearing shorts and T-shirts. It makes me smile when I see pictures from my sister from the first day of Spring in the park (Yellowstone). They are buried in snow. CC had better get really good pads! Monday, July 4, 2011. The view from our new backyard in Yellowstone National Park. Finally I feel like we have time. Time to breathe. Life has been a whirlwind. We left Louisiana after 6 months of begging from Tuck, and a lovely sis (and friends) who vetted my resume numerous times while I applied for every position that I could think of that was available in the Park. The result was a good job offer in F&B . That one little offer caused a rush to pack, I put all of our worldly. Care after that is amazing.
