１ 初期 (冻结进行期) 肩部持续性疼痛，可影响日常生活的操作，如穿衣、梳头或提重物等活动 触压二头肌腱沟时加重，痛感可放射至枕、腕、手指，或后背，甚至出现肩关节活动范围减小。 ２ 中期 (冻结期) 疼痛减轻，但肩关节活动范围进一部减少，最后肩关节的功能可基本消失，甚至出现上肢肌肉萎缩情况。 ３ 末期 (解冻期) 肩痛明显缓解，肩关节功能可有不同程度的恢复，部分患者可恢复正常，多数患者留有肩关节功能障碍。 可配合 拔罐 或 刮痧 治疗，通经活络定痛效果更显著。 ４ 发作期内，不宜进辛辣刺激燥热的食物 久病脾胃虚寒者, 应少食生冷瓜果及虾、蟹、奶制品及甜食之类。 ５ 功能锻炼 患者可做轻量的肩部运动，如 钟摆运动 或 爬墙运动 等，以增加局部血液循环、放松肌肉以及减少痛楚。 175 Bernal Road, San Jose, CA 95119, USA.
