WELCOME TO AIS TEXAS. Getting started is simple. Start by completing the AIS Inspection Application. The Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP) requires non-resident pharmacies to obtain an inspection by a board-approved third party in order to ship compounded medications into the state. AIS has been approved to conduct inspections on behalf of TSBP. AIS Inspectors will assess the compounding process according to Texas requirements, outlined by TSBP rule 291.133.
