I am Aled Griffiths and I was born in Plymouth on 1 September 2003. My Mum is called Gaile and my Dad Neale, I don't have any brothers or sisters which is a shame but I make up for it by making friends with everyone. I do have a dog though.his name is Jake.Dad calls him Killer though. I go to Elburton school in Plymstock which is a really cool place to go to, I have plenty of friends there. In 2012 I was nominated by my comunity nurse for a Starlight wish, which was to meet Jake T Austin.

I really enjoy talking to people about my condition, one of the ways I do it is by presentation. I have done a number of presentations both to medical professionals as well as to parents and carers of disabled children. My last presentation was to 600 nurses at a conference in South Wales, after I had finished my talk I received a standing ovation which was really, really cool.
