If you want more cinnamon flavor, I would increase the amount of cinnamon up to 2 T. 1 1/4 c quick cook oats. 1/2 c whole wheat flour. 1 t baking powder. 1/4 t sea salt. 1 T 1 t cinnamon. 1 egg, beaten. 1 1/2 c milk, warmed 1 minute in microwave. 2 T butter, melted.
