Between going to Texas in June, friends AND the field in July, I'm exhausted. This is the first weekend I've had just to relax and get my stuff together. Thus far, I have:. 1 Participated in a day-long fast and mini-retreat with some of the Navs. 2 Threw a fabulous joint, belated birthday dinner with my friend Melissa. 3 Went to church and had a late lunch with my close friend Christel. 4 Did some deployment shopping and packing. Anyhow, it's no secret that I have been super busy lately. And I haven't slept well or enough since May. Add stress, and you've got the perfect recipe for a cold. On Tuesday my throat was scratchy and my glands were swollen. Not good right before my big vacation. Just a few more days until my trip to state #49! Read All About It!
