These next few school days are going to be hard, but pretty soon we will figure out everything. Just hoping everyone has a good first day of school. The weather this week has been amazing. We've enjoyed lots of swimming at the pool. Wednesday night Cole hosted a fun scout party at the pool and Thursday night we attended a family swim party for Liv's Gymnastics. The boys also started golf lessons this week. I wasn't sure what they would think, but they actually really liked it. Cole asked if he could go buy a special "golf outfit". So far this week. Ethan made it back from camp safe and sound. Cole and Ethan also had orthodontist appointments this week.

On the last night of our vacation we celebrated the wedding of my brother and his new wife. It was a beautiful evening! Shawn and I took the kids tubing Friday after school. It was our first time doing this as a family and we had a blast. I signed the kids up for ski lessons. Today was the first day. The kids were pretty apprehensive at first, but quickly changed their minds after they got started. Ethan took off pretty quick, and was having a blast. Cole had four football games on Saturday. He had a couple really good tackles. They played in the rain and mud. Stupid white pants! School starts this next week. We are ready. Everyone had their back to school dates with Shawn and I, and back to school shopping is done. I went with Ethan last week to Middle School Orientation. It was so funny. Reese Family: Football Season

Today was the first official day of football season for Cole. He had three scrimmage games all morning long. It was humid and hot, but everyone had fun. Cole is playing cornerback on defense, and wide receiver on offense. He does not like wearing a helmet at all! There are 45 kids on the team, so it is crazy. The kids finished up their first two weeks of summer school. Liv had a performance on Friday in her Cheer Class. The boys also got to launch the rockets they built. We spent 12 hours this weekend at Tae Kwon-Do testing. It was a long time, but the boys did a great job. They are getting closer to their black belt.
