New Year, New Blog, New Story. January 18, 2013. January 18, 2013. The year is 2013. The blog is – well, mine. And the story – well, that’s mine too, but it’s sort of long. And involved. And hopefully epic, with plenty of mystery and time to discover new things, because those are the best kind of stories. So far 2013 has brought me the flu, some good meals with great friends, several frustrating arguments with my computer, and a lot of laughter. New Year, New Blog, New Story. Topics That Keep Turning Up.

Reflections on Being Present: The Courage to Choose

Reflections on Being Present. November 2, 2012. The Courage to Choose. To have courage for whatever comes in life. Everything lies in that.". St Teresa of Avila. These doors of uncertainty loudly echo the words of St. Teresa of Avila to me,. To have courage for whatever comes in life- -everything lies in that.". So many times I am faced with either. Which represent choices not yet made, or I am. Unlock and be free. The truth of my soul,. The voice of my ever-patient angel. But I was faithless. How patien...

Reflections on Being Present: Fleeting Frost Weed
http://jennaloveschrader.blogspot.com/2013/02/fleeting-frost-weed.html
Reflections on Being Present. February 12, 2013. Trash bags in the woods! Not good for mankind. I don't actually pick up trash when I'm running; I just get annoyed by it. And that's not good either. I realized I should probably act on this one, let my conscience kick in and not just my criticism and annoyance at other people's poor decisions, as the trash just seemed so irreverent out in the stillness of the early morning in the woods. How can you be so . . ? Dark night of the soul. Off the beaten path.

Keep A Girl in School: Oct 2013. A Love Letter to My Body. She Loves Half Marathon. SYNCHROBLOG: I Am From. On September 24, 2013. Today is Heritage Day in South Africa. Just recently, I facilitated a session at The Journey. A three-day retreat for women from Vancouver’s inner city, also known as the Downtown Eastside, at Linwood House. I loved being with the women and the writing was so raw and beautiful. I asked Phoenix, with her soft sheepskin slippers and long braid, if she would please send me.

Monastisk: Vi hadde trengt Johannes Døperen!
http://monastisk.blogspot.com/2015/06/vi-hadde-trengt-johannes-dperen.html
Onsdag 24. juni 2015.

Pleasant Places: August 2015
http://judahupdate.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. Psalm 16:5,6. Monday, August 31, 2015. Sunday Night Summary, August 30, 2015. A friend (thank you, Jen Fisher) allowed me to borrow her copy of Jen Hatmaker's. Has a wealth of wisdom mixed with a lot of humor to offer in her latest release, "For the Love.". From blog world this week, I read this post. At A Holy Experience. But are...
