Thursday, 12 July 2012. Workshop in Drawing without Pens. Theresa Potter's workshop, on. Between 1pm – 3pm, introduces 'Drawing without pens', where paint based prints are simply and easily created. They are then embellished using various other mediums including pastels and chalks. Anyone over 10 can join in (children need to be accompanied by an adult) and will be able to take their work home. Thursday, 28 June 2012. Friday Afternoon felting workshop 1-3pm. Run by Lindsey Morris you will create mini wall hangings from 1pm – 3pm at Ilkeston library. Participants will be using the wet felt method which will create exceptionally tactile fabric landscapes with stunning effects. If you can't make the workshop you can still come and see an exhibition of work that has already been created, on show at Ilkeston Library, (library opening times) until 21.
