Archive for November 2010. A Sucker for Free Stuff. On: November 30, 2010. What could bring me back to the blogging world after a nearly two year hiatus? Only free stuff of course! That’s not entirely true. Johnny Depp could bring me back. And possibly donuts. I am but a weak, weak person. But about the free stuff…. Shutterfly. I played around with several different card layouts and photos today and found one that I think captures the spirit of our little family perfectly. A Day in the Life of Amanda.

Archive for January 2009. On: January 16, 2009. Do I have a lot of catching up to do or what? I promise I’ll get better at this blogging thing once maternity leave is over in a few weeks. I am much more inclined to piddle around on the computer when the alternative is doing work, rather than the alternative being watching tv or taking a nap. With that said, let’s do a catch up post, shall we? We’ve been doing lots of baby toe admiring. And who could forget baby fingers? Yeah That was awesome. Then we hea...

Archive for November 2008. On: November 19, 2008. I have no idea what happens to the time when you have a new baby at home. I may be taking the doctor’s instructions to take it easy, sleep, and forget about housework a little too seriously. Should I be ashamed to admit I have showered once since I’ve been home and worn the same comfy pants every single day? I’ve been doing nothing but snuggling with baby Sam, feeding him (this kid loves to eat! On: November 16, 2008. On: November 13, 2008. To get this ba...

Wednesday, September 27, 2006. Are Two One-Year-Olds Equal to One Two-year-Old? Ok, I found a work-around to the photo issue. I can use my picture phone to send to my blog. But I have some awfully cute ones on the digital cam, so that's got to be resolved. Anyway, here is a rare picture of Gregory and Noah in the same frame and not blurred by their perpetual motion. Wow, it was hard to get a shot of both of them! Ok, back again! Something about boys, toys and noise.they really go together! The best part ...

Fleeting Moments: November 2009
http://jessannt.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 18, 2009. How Does That Happen? I've been here, stalking others. I've been fairly quiet, except on Facebook. It is too easy. We're gearing up for the move, which is in about three weeks. We have boxes everywhere and now, I even have some at work. I decided I should begin acclimating myself to it. It is going to be a tough adjustment. Our clients aren't making it any easier by telling me how much they will miss me. It is nice to hear, but. Nathan loves to say, "I hold you tight, mommy&...

Fleeting Moments: I Got It!
http://jessannt.blogspot.com/2010/08/i-got-it.html
Friday, August 6, 2010. Things here, for me, have been rough lately. I have been feeling more isolated as work has slowed and the kids have been challenging me quite a bit these days. Add the layer of Builder stress on top and I'm about cooked. I've been really questioning my life these last few weeks. How did I get here? Did I do the right thing? Why do my kids seem to do everything I do not want them to do? You know, just a complete waaa party. August 25, 2010 at 10:48 PM. Virginia, United States.
