I got a phone call from my OCD daughter the other day telling me that I need to stop enabling her. Funny thing is everytime she wants me to do something for her and I remind her about her phone call, she tells me she didn't mean it for this or that, I just need to stop enabling her for everything else. October 22, 2013. Well folks, we hit the mark. We have now been married for a year (well, more now since I'm barely getting to this blog, but you get the idea.). Tom and I wanted to go and do something special for the special day, but cheaply of course. A few weeks before, Tom got an email with KSL deals for hotel rooms. We took advantage, and booked a room at The Homestead in Midway. Just a short drive, but I knew that we would get a great peek at the beautiful fall leaves. We stayed in the Shaker House.
