Monday, November 30, 2009. Get your cocoa on! Ready for a dose of coziness? Make your own hot chocolate. I like this recipe and my kids think it's such a treat to help. 4 TBSP cocoa powder. Mix sugar, water and cocoa in a small saucepan over medium til dissolved. Then mix in milk and cinnamon. Top with whipped cream or marshmallows. Posted by Angie Larkin. January 20, 2010 at 2:38 PM.
