Wednesday, January 27, 2010. I've been battling with the idea of buying shoes that help tone your legs, butt, and thighs. On the surface it sounds outstanding! I have to wonder though. do these shoes actually work or are they just a clever marketing scheme that has us memorized? As far as I know, it all started with Sketchers Shape Ups. About $100). Research has shown that sleep deprivation. Results in impaired memory, motor skills, and decision making.
