If you are ever in northern Michigan and looking for something quintessentially Michigan, I would highly recommend the Cherry Hut in the city of Beulah. Opened in 1922, it is only open from May to October (what the locals call "fudgie season" with. Charlotte has been waiting all summer to wear her cherry outfit to the Cherry Hut. Apparently there was a miscommunication and/or misunderstanding on the time frame it takes to submit paperwork to China. It just left the United States yesterday afternoon. And we began the long journey that lead us to our son, on the other side of the globe. Nov 14, 2012. Leaves, Leaves, more Leaves! Jackson and Ellery have so much fun playing with their neighbor friends! This fall we had lots of fun playing in the leaves in the front yard. Endless entertainment for all the kiddo's! My neighbor Ashley and I decided it would be a great opportunity to get some cute pictures of all the kids. Jun 13, 2012. Jackson and Ellery's cousin Zion had his 3rd Birthday party at the John Ball Zoo! Unfortunately the weather didn't exactly cooperate but still had a great time! Apr 8, 2011. Ellery's baptism and 3 Month update : ). We were so excited to have Ellery baptized at Fifth Church! It worked out that they were doing baptism on a weekend we were going to be in town. She wore the same dress that I wore when I was baptized. My mom made it and actually both of my sisters wore it as well. Super special! Couldn't get a smile for the full length shot. Feb 26, 2011. Ellery at 1 month. Thankful and blessed that Ellery is such a good baby! Mr Jackson requires a bit of our attention so Ellery spends a lot of time in the swing, bouncy seat etc. She is a great eater, and sleeper so far. At one month she was sleeping on average at least one 5 hour stretch at night! Sometimes it was a little longer than that and other times a little shorter. Aug 15, 2010. Daddy took a picture of Jackson after dinner one night when he was watching him.he went straight to the bathtub! Reading books all by himself : ). Mar 6, 2013. Florida - Fall 2012. Jackson Ellery, and I left Daddy in Michigan and headed to Florida with Grandma in the beginning of November. The kids did really great on the plane.but glad we were prepared with lots of stuff to do and snacks :) We mainly stayed at the Condo and relaxed the whole week we were there, which was great. Jackson and Ellery absolutely LOVED the beach! Can't wait till we can take them back there again! Getting ready for takeoff! Jackson was sooo excited :). My little man :).

Oct 18, 2010. I can't believe it's been almost a month since the last update.as usual we've been busy : ) Gerrad. Is traveling every week for work so Jackson and I have been having lots of time to hang out together. He loves to play outside, so whenever it's nice we try to get out for awhile. He has figured out how to climb up his slide.which he thinks is sooo. He is pretty steady on his feet now and it's so fun to watch him go! Having fun making Bentley some yummy woodchip. It's like a mini indoor version of a city with the kids can use imagination and pretend play. Jan 26, 2011. Our Most Perfect Christmas Gift! On December 18, we were blessed with our babygirl Ellery Rose Almy! I was induced again due to pre-eclampsia at 35 weeks. She was super tiny weighing in at 5 lbs 13 oz and was 18 1/2 inches long.
