We want to instigate a new condition which encourages sojourn and a new awareness, at both a distance and in close proximity.

October 1989. Wind driven rain sweeps over the landscape, together they erode the land. Earth and seeds are carried to wherever trees and plants can grow, which in turn are touched by the wind.

Installation at Gallery LIAlab (Laboratorio Interdisciplinario para las Artes) / La Candelaria, Bogotá, Colombia / March 2nd -29. This hall is remarkable in respect of its dimensions, its light and the way people enter and move around. To activate its drama I chose to introduce two identical forms, confronting the space in a mutual act of balance.

Wall Here as shown at the international exhibition Sculpture and Object XVII in Bratislava 28.6. - 26.8. 2012. Material is welded steel or aluminium,. Painted in a uniform colour. The 6 sculptural objects show L-forms in different spatial constellations. Behind the objects is a painted field on the wall. Height x width = 2 x 5 meters.

The idea for this installation emerged from the form of the exhibition space: seemingly one room, however two semi-symmetrical; asymmetrical. The sculptural form extends and emphasizes these characteristics.

Two objects penetrates the space. Light models the structure in different tones. A possibility to walk, to explore. Two arcs in balance by pressure on the architecture: floor and wall opening. I try to touch the world. Rather by objects than by my hands. Everything that is of importance can be shown without a word.

A collaboration with the artists Eva Kun. We added to the hill about 80 elements, clearly artificial in form and colour. A carpet of balls, all connected to an abstract, oblique plane that penetrates the top of the hill. The plane rises from the inside fjord side to the outside ocean side. Materials: Steel pipes, concrete.
