Jan 2, 2012. When I was about 9 years old, my parents thought it would be a good idea to take me to the Charlotte museum that had a special Aliens exhibit going on. They had a life sized animatronic Queen fighting with Ripley in her robot suit, complete with strobe lights and sound effects. It was HORRIFYING. So ever since then, I've been terrified of the Aliens franchise. Not even my love of Giger could change my opinion and to this day Aliens make me flip out. Where am I going with this?

Jan 21, 2012. In case anyone has wondered where I disappeared to, I found a place to live! No more couch surfing Kate! I'm super stoked and I'll be moving in Feb 1st. This will be the first ever time I've lived on my own where I wont have to share my room with a boyfriend. You have no idea how stoked I am. PINK EVERYTHING.
