Carry On, Warrior. Bring G to You. Carry On, Warrior. Bring G to You. Get G in Your Inbox! This is What Brave Means. September 24, 2014. Help I can’t figure this out…. Imagine a bunch of adults who adore their kids and grandkids are sitting in a boat while 2 nine-year-old cousins (boy and girl – 18 days apart in age) are on a cliff, contemplating jumping into the lake below. All the voices from the boat are yelling to the cousins, “You are so brave! You can do this! That little one is so brave! When her ...

The unpredictable curveball UPDATE. Tuesday, June 9, 2015. I’ll have the wild blueberry please. Your lunch looks so heavy this morning! Did you pack some for me? Sam I forgot to bring your socks again, I’m sorry. I don’t know. I don’t know what it means. I’m scared. It’s likely metastatic. Lines from recent conversations. Lines from different moments on different days, all of which brought me to tears. I called a friend to tell her the news. You should say something. That was funny.”. Too much has happen...

http://www.feedmedearly.com/2015/05/18/santa-fe-new-mexico
Santa Fe, New Mexico. Monday, May 18, 2015. 4 days and 600 miles through New Mexico in a cherry red VW Beetle. From Santa Fe, the highest state capital in the United States, to the untouched wilderness of the Gila National Forest…all the way down to Silver City, first stop on the Continental Divide trail. A night in Truth or Consequences with a dip in the natural hot springs, an afternoon at Ladder Ranch. This trip never mind the meals we’d tackle, booze we’d guzzle, hills we’d hike, and art ...We drove ...

Valentine's Day and other tragedies - Feed me dearly
http://www.feedmedearly.com/2015/02/09/valentines-day-and-other-tragedies
Valentine’s Day and other tragedies. Monday, February 9, 2015. With the exception of getting dumped on Valentine’s Day, I may win the title for V-Day disaster stories. Actually, this was worse than a breakup. I waivered about whether to tell this gruesome tale, but in the effort to make this a full-disclosure website, it would be wrong not to tell. How could I lyricize my love for Valentine’s Day when the mere mention of the name sends shivers down my newly limber spine. (thank you yoga). Fortunately, my...

I asked for what I wanted, and it came true
http://seekingimperfection.com/2016/01/i-asked-for-what-i-wanted-and-it-came-true
I asked for what I wanted, and it came true. January 17, 2016. Bull; 11 Comments. Last year, I cried the hardest I’ve ever cried and laughed the loudest I’ve ever laughed. At times, I dwelled on what was going wrong in order to figure out how to fix it. Ultimately, though, I focused on what I wanted and let go of things I didn’t want. I share that I cried to illustrate how amazing it felt to be able to laugh, and set life stuff aside to completely enjoy those how-did-I-get-so-lucky, life glitter moments.

Body and Spirit Coaching. There is so much to say – where in the world would I start? Maybe by telling you that I have an idea of where you are, how hard life can be. What it’s like to know something needs to change. My life has been something else, and I’m only 38. I could tell you many stories, about life growing up, my first marriage, cancer… none of that matters, other than to say: “I get it”. This is a movie trailer. A note about my youngest from Children’s Hospital Boston. So, CALL ME! There is not...
