The map of the park is on a huge scale, and driving from place to place is only a couple hours, but seeing yourself in tiny dots traversing across the entire state of Washington (we pretty much did! We stopped in Port Townsend, WA, at a seaside diner which had pretty good clam chowder, and walked along the streets, looking in antique shops and bookstores. We stayed in Blaine, WA on the 22nd at Birch Bay Hostel. Which was an old radar station for the military with housing complexes. I think we were the only ones staying at this hostel!
