Rapeseed oil has half the saturated fat of olive oil, a very hig smoke point and a light nutty flavour. As well as extra virgin, cold pressed rapeseed oil, we stock several flavoured oils, infused with herbs and spices. Great Ness oils are also great in sweet dishes: here’s a tasty recipe for a fancy flapjack:. 150g (6 oz) porridge oats. 3 tbsp golden syrup.
