In Salta hatten wir übrigens die wohl besten Empanadas unserer gesamten bisherigen Reise. Wir fanden am Plaza 9 de Julio ein kleines Restaurant, ohne Namen, welches von zwei älteren Herren geführt wird. Dort assen wir mehrmals diese köstlichen kleinen Dinger. Ein Empanada kostet dort rund 50 Rappen und so schlugen wir mehrmals kräftig zu. Sackpack in the Amphiteatro.
