60 Seconds and the end of the crazies? January 23rd, 2011. Missed the long run yesterday due to an alarm click programming error. Made up for it today and did 30 minutes of 60 second sprints. I felt it toward the end but recovered quick enough to come home and start a lasagna for the boys and black bean soup for me. I hear so much about the runners high.
