It is not about what has been lost but how much can be given. It is so easy to get lost in “I” right now however it is not about me. At first I feel anxiety in just saying that. I am soaking up not only the atmosphere of the location but the generosity of the people as well. I am able to be here because of the good will of The Daan Theeuwes Foundation. I usually only fall 5 or 6 times a week and most of them are small ones. It’s funny how when I had the computer I did not post like I should and now that I don’t have it I want to write and write. I will not quit. I will not give up. I will not stop trying. Fun in the pool…in January. April 8, 2013. I am happy to say that while the wreck and my recovery are integral parts of my story, they are not the defining events in my life. I want to try and use these things to glorify God while not dwelling on the bad parts. I want to be an example of the miracles God performs every day, not just a martyr living on the coattails of tragedy. Abby almost drowned me. Nice segue huh? Hold on, you’ll get it.
