Monday, October 26, 2009. Lance's Field Trip to the Pumpkin Patch. The First Grade classes went to the Pumpkin Patch in Quitman. It was a cold day, but we had a lot of fun! The kids went on a hayride, saw lots of animals, went in an old school house, picked out a pumpkin in the pumpkin patch, dug for fossils, and so much more!

Things are looking up and locking in! Thursday, July 1, 2010. Back from the Beach. The beach has been a special place for our family. Since I have been married, we have went there every year except the year Hurricane Dennis came to town. We were scheduled to arrive the day Dennis hit shore. The result.Beach trip cancelled. That year was an active hurricane season. You might remember another hurricane hitting that same year - Katrina? Yeah, I thought so! What do you mean I can't wear flip-flops to work?
