Sunday, August 29, 2010. Puerto Rico, pt. 2. I am buckling down and posting the rest of the photos from our trip.why is that such an overwhelming thing to do? We have had a busy month with several birthdays and lots of stuff happening.and school hasn't even started yet. So, without further ado, here is a little synopsis of our trip. Monday, February 22, 2010. So I have found another great recipe and tweeked it to our liking. If you love soft pretzels, you will LOVE these. Enjoy! 1 pkg Active dry yeast (or 2 1/4 tsp if you buy in bulk like we do). 1 1/3 cups warm water. 1/8 cup warm water. 1/3 cup brown sugar. Dissolve yeast in 1/8 cup warm water. Stir 1 1/3 cup water, brown sugar and flour in mixer until smooth. (I use our KitchenAid with the dough hook). If it is too wet add a little more flour. Heat oven to 450 degrees. I will let...

Also, as a bonus this year, I somehow convinced the coaches, parents, and players to all take part in a music video to document our World Series experience. They were great sports and I am happy with the results, especially given the fact that all the clips were done in one or two takes!
