It feels like it was such a long time ago and yet in the grand scheme of things I know it has only been a blink of an eye. Uh Uhm . Grrr . Ahhh. It is amazing how fast time just flies by sometimes and then amazing how slow it seems to move other times. Other than that it is amazing how fast the baby is growing. It seems like just yesterday that we got the test back and already I am 8 weeks and 5 days! Friday will be the start of week 10. I read this week that my uterus is already a grapefruit and the baby is already a grape but by July 10 the baby will be more like the size of a peach! That is all I can say. The Re is referr...

Where does time go? Lately it feels like I turn my back for 5 seconds and 5 months has passed me by. I am not even sure where the time goes. This past week N turned 9 months! I can't believe it. He is still very tiny but from where he started he is getting so big. We didn't go for a weight check this month but I weighed him and measured him at home. I got that he is 27.5" and around 16.5 lbs. Well, I need to get up and close the patio door it is too cold today to have it open, 55 degrees! A Few Good Eggs.

I saw this cartoon today as today is my last day of week 13 I got a link to this in my email. I think that it is quite funny so I wanted to share. Ok now I have to go clean before the lady comes to pick up my futon! I know I have said this a million times in my blog, but still I am amazed at how quickly time can fly by and we don't even notice it. 4 long sleeve onsies. 2 t-shirts for later (one from NMSU and one from UTEP). 1 Baby bottle brush. Man I sound nuts. Yikes! Time for a bathroom break anyways.

12-20-08: I thought that the pain in my hips/pelvis would be gone but it is still pretty much the same. 12-22-08: 37 week dr's apt. U/S says that Nasif weighs 6lbs right now and is head down waiting for the door to open. Dr did an internal check. 2 cm dilated - 50% effaced and some bloody show. 12-23-08: Went walking around the mall and had ctx the whole time. 12-25-08: Ctx this morning and feeling crampy all day. Let's see what tomorrow brings. The Count Down Begins! It won't be long now. A Few Good Eggs.

So far I have tried Bum Genius 3.0 one sizes and gerber flat folds. The next one I want to try is the Gro Baby diapers. I love their colors and their system is different from most that I have seen. I am very interested to see how my little guy would like it and how it would work out for us. If he would like it better than the Bum Genius that we currently use.
