It's a Wonderful Life: Fall Festival 2010
http://chriskateandmarycatherine.blogspot.com/2010/10/fall-festival-2010.html
It's a Wonderful Life. Saturday, October 9, 2010. We visited the local Fall Festival this afternoon. At a balmy 79 degrees it felt like autumn in California but it was still lots of fun. The past couple years we've been to the pumpkin patch MC didn't show much interest in the pony rides. This year was a different story. The Pumpkin Express was a big hit too! A little face painting helped Mary decide what she wanted to be for Halloween. Thank goodness she still lets me put silly bows in her hair :).

http://chriskateandmarycatherine.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
It's a Wonderful Life. Friday, June 12, 2009. Seeing how I did all that complaining in the last post about our broken air conditioning, I thought I would share our happy news. As of yesterday at 2:00pm our new air conditioning and air handling units are humming away and cooling our home to a delightful 70 degrees. If you ever visit our home and find I am taking my central air for granted. Please slap me and direct me to yesterday's post. Save me, save me! I try my hardest to hide my giggling. Ipstick" - ...

It's a Wonderful Life: December 2008
http://chriskateandmarycatherine.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
It's a Wonderful Life. Thursday, December 4, 2008. Here are a few pictures from our trip to New Hampshire. Harry and his big sister Ellie were extra helpful with Mary during our stay. They managed to keep her entertained for four days straight! Mary Catherine shared her top secret cookie recipe with Ellie and Harry. Andy said he thought making dessert in the fireplace was a great idea. He was totally thinking, "Crazy Americans! Ellie wants a dog so bad for Christmas she was willing to go along with the w...

It's a Wonderful Life. Wednesday, September 24, 2008. Our brother-in-law and Mary's Big Uncle Dave is in the hospital this week. He just had surgery to remove kidney cancer. His surgery was very successful and he should be feeling like himself just in time for Thanksgiving dinner. We just wanted to remind Uncle Dave and all the Broadbents that they are in our thoughts and prayers. Sending lots of love from Maryland! Posted by The Parks Family. MC turns TWO in exactly one month! That isn't even our mailbo...

It's a Wonderful Life: March 2009
http://chriskateandmarycatherine.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
It's a Wonderful Life. Sunday, March 1, 2009. Chris is now home resting and recuperating after a long, chilly run. He did great and amazed us all by sprinting to the finish line. It was awesome to watch someone you love accomplish something like finishing a marathon. I think he inspired all of us that gathered to watch him complete the race. Here he is approaching mile 24. Is that a smile I see? Mary Catherine waiting at the 24 mile marker. She loved cheering on all the runners. Posted by The Parks Family.

It's a Wonderful Life: Time Warp
http://chriskateandmarycatherine.blogspot.com/2010/05/time-warp.html
It's a Wonderful Life. Monday, May 31, 2010. It's been about a year since I gave this blog any attention. Here is a photo synopsis of the past year. Chris ran in the Parks Half Marathon at the end of the summer. He had a fantastic race but Mary seemed more impressed with her pink balloon. Go figure. In the fall Chris and I went to New Orleans. We are still talking about the bread pudding at Brennan's and the Swizzle Stick cocktails at Commander's Palace. While we were in NH, Maryland got hit with a major...
