Thursday, February 16, 2012. Edamame and Greek Yogurt Puree. Makes: ½ cup. What you will need:. Fresh or frozen shelled edamame beans- ½ cup. Plain greek yogurt- ¼ cup. Fresh mint (minced)- ¼ tsp. Steam basket and pot. Food processor or blender. Once beans become smooth add greek yogurt and blend until smooth. Add mint and serve.
