August 6, 2015. Hi guys,I’ve recently just started this ‘Healthy Inspirations’ meal plan diet. I’ve been on it for around two weeks and it seems to be working! I’ve been wanting to get a bit healthier and fitter. Every second day I’ve been going for runs and walks through my local suburb. I aim to run most of it, that’s my goal.
