To go to Beaverton Strength and Conditioning is to LOVE them….it must be love….OUCH…kicks your butt in a very nice way. EVERYONE is so supportive the trainers and members. Immediately felt at home. 5:45am is a great WAKE UP Class….but 11:30 and 4:30 are just as fun. If I can attempt to do it (I’m in my 50’s! I always love to LIVE LIFE LARGE! That’s when I found CrossFit. And after the first day, I was hooked.
