Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Becoming A Fairy Godmother. So I am pretty excited. Actually, I think excited might not even begin to cover what I am feeling. My boyfriend and I were asked to be Godparents and it was such an honor to be asked! I wrote about my boyfriend's best friend Tony from Australia when he last came to visit. He brought his babies for their christening and I totally fell in love. Well, they have had another little girl. Her name is Isabella and she is now my goddaughter! Seriously though,...

Cards by Mee Chelle: March 2015
http://cardsbymeechelle.blogspot.com/2015_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 9, 2015. Blue Skies and Sunshine, Guaranteed. For my next Thank You card, I wanted to stick with the same bright and cheerful look. I still had some of that lace from my last card so I decided to use it again in a different way. The patterned paper is from a My Mind's Eye pack that I have and I just partnered it with a matching solid color. I made the center cut from my Elegant Edges cartridge. Is it spring time yet? I learned a lot and he was such a nice and interesting teacher. I knew I wanted to incorporate a penguin in the card since we both work for Penguin Random House. I found this adorable penguin stamp at Michael's and I colored it with the few Copics I have. N-1- Neutral Gray No.1. Friday, December 27, 2013. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Wednesday, July 10, 2013. DIY Project: Creating Wedding Invitation Shells. Today's post is a labor of love that I am very proud of! When Gale approached me for help with the wedding invites, I was thrilled. Of course I would help! And to his credit, Andrew stuck it out with us girls like a trooper! Never complaining, he diligently did every job given to him. Even if they were quite simple. haha. I was first on the assembly line, measuring and cutting the paper. I must say, we worked all afternoon and mad...

Wednesday, January 22, 2014. My boyfriend's Dad is a big fan of golf. For his birthday this year, I wanted to create something a little extra special since he had gotten me the best Christmas present ever!
