My journey out of obesity. Sunday, April 8, 2012. Well, it has been quite a while since I have posted. Here is a super quick update.Over the last 2 years we have been. Unsuccessfully trying to expand our family. After several round of infertility treatment, my weight increased yet again from stress and hormones. This past January my husband and I took a break from the stress and decided to try to regain our health. We began the Advocare 24 day challenge and had very good success! Posted by John and Shana.

My journey out of obesity. Thursday, April 19, 2012. Okso I'm not the best at best at posting regularly! I ended up gaining 2 pounds the week before I started the challenge, but I am now down 4 pounds! That puts me at a total of 19 pounds for the year! The scale and I are NOT friends right now.I really wanted to hit that 20 pound mark this past Monday, but it just won't budge (I've even tried standing on it all different ways! Good news is I have exercised for at least 30 min every day this week so far!

My journey out of obesity. Tuesday, May 15, 2012. And the journey continues. So I decided to have a free day after the challenge.that turned out to be more like a free weekend and cost me 2 pounds! After a week of watching my food intake carefully, walking 4 miles every day, and staying on Catalyst.the scale did not budge! My journey out of obesity. Saturday, May 8, 2010. W7 D5 - Race Day. I ran (well ran/walked) my first 5k today! My goal was to finish in under 45 min. We went on vacation in Galveston this summer and my Dad was staying overnight nearby. We drove to Kemah to meet him for dinner and we snapped this photo on the boardwalk. Monday, April 6, 2009. Saturday was a trip to Canton. The girls took a day and shopped til we dropped. We came home exhausted with lots of goodies. Some of my purchases included 10 jars of pepper relish(I know! Some new flip flops, a wagon for Jaden, a new badge lanyard, a cute key chain, a key holder, and some cute Easter yard art. It was alot of fun and I can't wait til our next trip. Anyways.just a quick recap from our busy weekend. I will post pictures later from the bluebonnets.
