Wednesday, July 7, 2010. I just wanted to take a minute to update everyone on Carson's surgery. Carson had open heart surgery on June 24 th. To repair his Tetralogy. We were extremely excited for him to have the surgery, but nervous about it at the same time. Pre. Surgery, Carson had a blue tint to his skin, especially his hands and feet, his oxygen. Monday, November 30, 2009. Thanksgiving and baby update. We had a busy holiday week. Our family celebrated Thanksgiving with my mom and grandma the weekend before, then we spent Thanksgiving Day with John's sister and family and then we had another dinner with my dad this past weekend. Monday, April 27, 2009. It has come to this. Taylor has requested (and I agree) that it is time we make our blog private. I guess Taylor is afraid I'm going to say something or post a picture that will ruin his political career unless we try to censor those who can see the blog. Monday, January 26, 2009. So what if I love holding my baby so that she might have what some consider a "weight problem? So what if my baby now weighs 17 lbs. 12.5 oz? So what if that puts her in the 97% for weight for a 4 month old? So what if that means that out of 100 children she would be the 3rd fattest?
