Just Juniper: spring has finally sprung
http://justjuniper.blogspot.com/2012/03/spring-has-finally-sprung.html
Wednesday, 21 March 2012. Spring has finally sprung. It's official, its March 21st - and spring has finally sprung! I need look no further than outside my back door to see buds-a-plenty springing into life - cherry blossom, hydranger and rose bud respectively. Felt moved by the effects of Spring Fever to have a go a curating my first Etsy Treasury List . . . see link below - "Spring has finally Sprung". Just Juniper: friends, food and vintage finds
http://justjuniper.blogspot.com/2011/08/friends-food-and-vintage-finds.html
Wednesday, 3 August 2011. Friends, food and vintage finds. However, then comes the endless washing, cleaning and drying of said items. Most of the above will find their way onto Juniper Retro, my etsy shop, where they can be reloved and rehomed. This little baby, however, will be finding a new home with me, as I love it. All in all - a lovely weekend of friends, wine, laughter, beaches, good food and thrifting - what more could one want? Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

portugal permaculture: 07/2013
http://portugalpermaculture.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, 28 July 2013. Basil ice-cream, sounds wrong but is actually rather good. An old childhood favourite; redcurrant ice-cream. Another blast from the past, brown bread ice-cream. Home-made lemonade, perfect. And a slightly less fattening option, mixed summer fruit frozen yogurt (greek yogurt so still a bit naughty, but nice). Posted by Rick and Sarah. Tuesday, 16 July 2013. From a carpentry explanation, for the main part, this is a principal rafter roof that includes 4 pairs of principal rafters, wit...

The Red Thread Mothers Circle. The Red Thread Mothers Circle. Wednesday, 21 December 2011. Fire and Midwinter Wishes. In celebration and remembrance of another year rolling by, my children and I lit the solstice fire tonight with friends. For the Red Thread it has been a wonderful year, there have been trying moments of course, but for me the absolutely glorious ones are the ones that I am choosing to take into 2012 with me. We have seen much loved members of our circle leave to continue their journeys e...

portugal permaculture: bless you dear cat
http://portugalpermaculture.blogspot.com/2014/02/bless-you-dear-cat.html
Monday, 10 February 2014. Bless you dear cat. Sadly a few weeks ago, I had to have my darling Lulu put down, she'd been off and on poorly for a while, living outside had not agreed with her (long story) but she was nearly 16 and I'd say thats pretty good going, she'd used up all her lives with various accidents and poisonings, not to mention being mauled (practically to death) by 4 puppies. What a fantastic cat. Blossom and Lulu on the schist trail. Stanley and lulu, the best of friends. Sometimes it's l...
