You know I can't let this week approach and not share some Saint Patrick's day ideas. I think the avocado yogurt dip and Leprechuan Fudge sound like possible contenders here. I will absolutely be making colcannon, it's become a tradition. 3/14/15, 8:15 AM. Im not sure about the green beer bread . but the truffles look very nice :). 3/15/15, 8:38 AM. 3/15/15, 10:01 AM. We dont do much for St Patricks Day round here either! But I have to say Im very tempted by the idea of some special fudge.
