Ben Rogers' journey toward health and vitality. Friday, May 3, 2013. Day 5 - Friday. This is my fifth day without food and my 4th day without anything other than water (with the caveat that some of my water has had Natural Calm or lemon juice (and pulp and seeds) squeezed into it. I've lost about 10 lbs since I started this effort. It's all water weight. I'm sleeping a lot better. I've had some dry skin on the side of my nose that has cleared up, as well. Nothing else really to report. Day 5 - Friday.

Ben Rogers' journey toward health and vitality. Monday, May 6, 2013. Food Over the Weekend. I talked to my wife about it and we agreed that coming off the fast for the weekend was a good idea. She had noticed that my energy levels had fallen. Friday night I had some kielbasa and saurkraut as well as some guacamole. Ben Rogers' journey toward health and vitality. Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Day 3 - Not quite a Juice Fast. I juiced on Monday. Tuesday and today I'm on water-only. I'm probably going to continue water-only until Friday at least. Then I'm planning to alternate juicing and water-only until the evening of the 17th. I don't feel any weakness at all.
