Some random notes about our renovation of a barn and cottage in the Dordogne. Thursday, April 12, 2012. We are starting to plan the next two projects at Bellevue. The first is the conversion of the remainder of the barn into a self contained mezzanine apartment. The second is a renovation of the farmhouse, knocking through the kitchen and salon and replacing all of the doors and the windows. Thursday, April 12, 2012. I am trying to find things to enhance my web. I suppose its ok to use some of your ideas!

Ben gezileri turla yapmayı sevmiyorum. Tur ile 5 günde 6 şehir gezmeyi kitabın kapağına bakmaya benzetiyorum. Oysa kitabı okumayı tercih ediyorum. Bir şehri tanımak için şehrin içinde kalmalı ve en az 3 gün ayırmalısınız. Bu nedenle kendi başıma ve kendi kafama göre geziyorum. İrmik helvasından daha çok sevdiğim ancak, şimdi nadiren yapma cesareti bulduğum çok sevdiğim bir helvadır. Özellikle buzdolabında soğuduktan sonra o kaşık şeklinden dolayı kaşık helvası diye adlandırdığımız bu nefis lezzeti çocuklarınıza bol bol yedirin. Isırgan otu veya diğer adıyla dalagan otunun faydalarını saymakla bitmez. Isırgan otlu şampuanlardan tohumunu bal ile karıştırarak tüketmelerden çayını yapıp içmeye kadar çok şey tavsiye edilir. Ben yer elmasını çiğ veya pişmiş fark etmez her durumda çok severim.Zeytinyağlı yemeklerde bir Ege'li olduğumdan her zaman tercihimdir. 1-½ kg yer elması ( kazınarak kabukları soyulmuş ve uygun boyda kesilmiş.). 2-1 adet havuç (kazınmış yıkanmış ve tavla zarı gibi kesilmiş.). 3-1 baş kuru soğan veya 2/3 adet taze soğan (yemeklik olarak hazırlanmış ). 4-½ kahve fincanı pirinç. 5-1 çay bardağı zeytinyağı. 6-bir kaç dal maydonoz. 7-1 su bardağı dondurulmuş bezelye. 9-½ limon suyu. 10-1 tatlı kaşığı un.
