Just another WordPress.com site. Trying to get somewhere…. Boot Camp is kicking me back into shape. Or at least I hope it will. Last night was the completion of session 2 of Boot Camp. Http:/ www.samsbootcamp.com. I hope to keep this up by going for an easy jog/walk tonight to loosen up my muscles and then 1 more session of Boot Camp is scheduled for Friday night before relaxing on the weekend. Archive March, 2008. 6 days done…. 8230;and we have been sticking to the plan of no red meat, no starches, no fruits, no alcohol, no caffeine and eating very healthy and working out every day so far. Sara had to work on Saturday morning until mid-day, so she went for a jog at 6:45am before heading in for a 9am start at work. GO SARA! That followed with some fun grocery shopping, some TV watching and then heading out to John Lewis in Sloane Square.

I’ve not been on the road long, but I can already feel the effects and how the rest of the trip will go. Which is not a good feeling or premonition. This is where it gets fun.
