Not Buff, Not Brilliant. Friday, March 5, 2010. VFF - I've Joined the Cult. At this point, I think I can say I'm a convert to the Cult of the Vibram Five Finger. I had posted previously that I had switched off running back and forth between my VFF's and my usual running shoes - a pair of Asics Motion Control shoes with a sole insert. Last weekend, I got to the point where I didn't switch from the VFF to the ASICS at mid run. I did a full run with just the VFF. What happened when I ran with the VFF's?

We are two university students who are planning on biking across Canada this summer, 2008, in hopes of raising awareness of Cystic Fibrosis. We are planning on biking across Canada from May-August 2008 to raise awareness for Cystic Fibrosis. Having Cystic Fibrosis myself, I realize how much it sucks and want to do something to raise awareness for this disease so treatment can continue to improve and we can find a cure.
