BK in BA: Both ends of the stick
http://bkinba.blogspot.com/2006/12/both-ends-of-stick.html
A Brooklyn boy heads to Buenos Aires to eat everything in sight. Sunday, December 31, 2006. Both ends of the stick. My last full day in Buenos Aires (the eating parts):. Class complete, I am faced with a conundrum; what to eat that won't be too heavy, but still something that's exciting. A small portion of the ceviche at aforementioned Zadvarie DOC. Is just the thing. The main place I had been wanting to try for dinner was Thymus. The much heralded French-inspired high cuisine on the edge of Villa Crespo...

A Brooklyn boy heads to Buenos Aires to eat everything in sight. Saturday, December 2, 2006. Salty fish and blood sausage. After waking up relatively early we headed over to the world famous Cafe Tortoni. I picked up the Buenos Aires Herald. After a good healthy morning walk Lunch was had at El Cuartito. Dinner was supposed to be at Viejo Indecente. And enjoy some more Parrilla goodness. We all shared the mixed grill, which included everything from ears to innards to blood sausage alongside more typi...

BK in BA: The Lima Tokyo Connection
http://bkinba.blogspot.com/2006/12/lima-tokyo-connection.html
A Brooklyn boy heads to Buenos Aires to eat everything in sight. Tuesday, December 5, 2006. The Lima Tokyo Connection. The day started as days should, with a trip to the cafe. On this occasion, the previously mentioned Viejo Indecente was the place in question. I had a salad (yes they do haev salad in this country) and the "wok de pollo" and Drumm had a sandwich with lomito (pork loin) eggs, cheese, ham, and I believe tomatoes. BK in BA: 46 entirely aggravating yards
http://bkinba.blogspot.com/2006/12/46-entirely-aggravating-yards.html
A Brooklyn boy heads to Buenos Aires to eat everything in sight. Monday, December 4, 2006. 46 entirely aggravating yards. Sundays are meant to be relaxing, and Martin Gramatica made mine a total aggravation. Up to that point things had been going well, starting with Fiorentina beating Lazio 1-0, and it's always good to beat the fascists. When Drumm joined me at the Cafe he ordered some kind of smoothie that he said was good and two thin ham and cheese sandwiches called that were the prefect light lunch.

Adventures in Drummland: November 2006
http://drummland.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
Where all things are Drummlicious. Thursday, November 30, 2006. Buenos Aires Goodbye Dinner. All I can say is.wow. The food and the atmosphere was great. When I got there, a few people were already at the bar making use of the happy hour and eating appetizers. Everyone had a great time and really liked the food. I was drinking a strawberyy and guava mojito. Nice. After all the goodbyes were said, Kat and I went back to my place and played with my roommate Courtland's dog, Mia, for about a half hour.
Adventures in Drummland: Minidrumm Comes to Town
http://drummland.blogspot.com/2007/03/minidrumm-comes-to-town.html
Where all things are Drummlicious. Tuesday, March 13, 2007. Minidrumm Comes to Town. My sister, Miriam, is in town for 10 days. I have to say that I was very excited to see her, as we've never had this much time to spend alone together. well, ever. And I have been itching to parade my cutie-pie of a sibling around town for years. After dinner we headed over to my friend Gabe's Birthday party, also in the East Village. As per usual, buckets of fun. Gabe makes a speech. For shame. :). Ah, raspberry beer.

Where all things are Drummlicious. Thursday, February 8, 2007. Back and on the run. So I've been back for a week now, and I've already started and completed another shoot. Talk about hitting the ground running. I think the picture below says it all. Yep, men in penguin suits. This is what my life has come to. It's also a fitting welcome to the bitter cold in NY. The other day, it was -13 degrees with the windchill. I though my head was lodged up Jack Frost's ass. Until next time. TTFN. Mr Your On Fire Mr.

Where all things are Drummlicious. Wednesday, February 28, 2007. It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time. Need I say anymore? Sunday, February 25, 2007. So my parents were in town this week. It was good seeing them, as I usually only see them around Thanksgiving. They've been out in California now for 6 years or more, and my mother's blood has thinned a little bit. I didn't think it was that cold, but she bundled up:. It took a few tries to get this one right. Well, there you have it, another week under t...
Balls A' Plenty: The Electricity is Out!
http://ballsaplenty.blogspot.com/2007/04/this-past-sunday-we-had-big-game.html
Monday, April 2, 2007. The Electricity is Out! I was a little worried about the game because it seemed a lot of people were out of town or not able to make it. It ended up being myself, Jay, Melissa, and Kat. Courtney showed up but our game was so late in starting that she eventually had to go. Our 3:15 game didn't get rolling until 5:00pm. Ridiculous. So there you have it. We are now positioned to be a middle seed in the finals, provded we keep winning. Middle seed is always a wild-card position...2:00p...
