Friday, November 20, 2009. A day at the park. You can't deny that we are having awesome weather now and it's a shame to not get out and enjoy it! We had the park to ourselves so it was pretty easy for me to not have to worry about Marshall stealing other kids sand toys. He has gotten the idea of going UP to go DOWN the slides.

Thursday, December 31, 2009. We had such a fun Christmas up in the snow at Grandma and Grandpa Secrist's. The kids all got matching pj's and jingle bell slippers from Grandma Hunt - which they LOVED! Good thing he got his own Lightning McQueen rider because. He was already trying to swipe Burk's present. Which was the highlight of Burkley's Christmas! Mack" from Cars - thanks Grandpa! Our "Happy" family - yea right! Temple lights with gma and gpa Secrist. Gma teaching Burkley about the nativity.

Monday, January 18, 2010. Burkley turned 3 yrs old! He's been patiently waiting for his birthday party all week. He got to celebrate with lots of cousins. One of his favorite gifts - a "CARS" suitcase. He keeps wheeling it around and asking us if we like his suitcase. Look at all his helpers! Always a favorite - cars! Taking a ride with cousin Macy. Thursday, December 31, 2009. I have to quickly say that we have been potty training Burkley since Thanksgiving and it has not. Been the nightmare we thought it would be! We started with letting him pick out some special candy that he would get when he went in the potty (or the backyard, since it's the easiest and just #1), then the big boy underware which he was excited to wear and some Matchbox cars for when he went #2. With the exception of a few minor accidents he has done awesome! Marshall - 2 yrs.

Friday, February 26, 2010. Our new arrival will be here on the 18th of March! That is when my c-section is scheduled and I don't really anticipate going into labor on my own before then so that's when we are expecting him. I am literally counting the days because I HATE being pregnant! It will be interesting to see what he looks like and we still don't have a name so we'll probably bring him home nameless like we did with Marshall. But YEAH less than 3 weeks and he'll be here! Friday, July 24, 2009. We got to check out an indoor playground last week and the boys had fun running and jumping on the trampoline, hula hooping and climbing all over the bouncy slide thing. I was loving how cool it was! Marshall loved crawling/walking on the gymnastic pads, way more comfortable than our tile floors I'm sure. Burkley loved trying the hula hoop and actually got it going a time or two! Once Burkley got the hang of how to climb up to the slide he did it over and over and had a ball. Marsh...

Friday, August 28, 2009. This is what people who don't have swimming pools do in the summer! We turn on the sprinkler in the horses round pen and let the boys get muddy and wet, hose them down and stick 'em in the bath. They LOVE it! Saturday, March 27, 2010. We finally welcomed our newest member of the family last Thursday March 18th. He weighed 8 lbs. 7 oz. and was 20 inches long. The c-section went really well, the best one so far! He has lots of dark hair and looks like both Burkley and Marshall at times. After a week at home calling him "baby" we finally decided on a name! He is a great sleeper! He is such a cutie and his brothers love him and always want to kiss and pet him. Glad everything is going well! Three times the fun!

Saturday, May 30, 2009. We celebrated Grandpa Hunt's birthday yesterday by seeing the new Disney movie "UP" and enjoying some fresh doughnuts at Krispy Kreme! The movie was soooo cute and Burkley did suprisingly well as long as I supplied him with dumb dumb suckers throughout the whole movie. He loved that he got a hat. Loved being with all his cousins.
