Here's the way the A-team does it:. 3 Honey crisp apples. 3 Golden delicious apples. 1/2 cup raw sugar some for sprinkle. 1 tbs ground ginger paste. Crusts.yea, I went store bought here. No place to "roll my own". Melt butter/sugar in a skillet.and while that's happening:. Peel, core, then slice apples @ 1/4 inch thick. Toss them in a bowl with a bit of lemon juice to stop browning.
