Tuesday, 29 May 2012. Never Wait On Hold Again? I'd have to say that waiting on hold is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves. Sometimes if I know I have to call somewhere that will have me waiting on hold forever (ie. government offices), I will wake up early just so I can be the first person calling.
